20mx60m Dressage Arena can be found under a canopy of Cottonwood trees.  Premiere ProStride® rubber footing  and sand  create the ultimate footing for all levels.   Over 260+ sq. ft. of Mirrors and lettered for effective training.  The footing is groomed with implements designed for rubber and sand material to ensure a consistent surface.  It is  treated in the winter months for year-round use.

210'x 110' Jumping and All-Purpose Arena with 3" sand for multi-discipline use.  Jumps are from pony gate to 1.5M.  Pipe fence perimeter and gated.

55' Round Pen with Premiere ProStride and sand footing for training and starting youngsters.  The pen is elevated and secure for easy observation by spectators.
The new, updated Abode Barn now has 12x20 stalls and rubber floors.  The stalls are well-ventilated for summer months and in the winter, made comfortable by drop-down walls on the extra large in-out stall.  Each stall has an independant, frost-free water source.  Heated wash/tack stall, organized and secure tack room with individual lockers for each owner, weatherproof feed casita, ample lighting and secure access.
The South Barn has 12x12 stalls with skylights and 24' outdoor runs.  Protected year-round by majestic cottonwood trees, horses are cool in summer and insulated in the winter from the elements.  A weatherproof and secure tack room is spacious.  Solar lighting is efficient and requires no attention - lights come on at dusk and an automatic dimmer gradullay turns them off in the night starting at 10 pm

Day stalls are available for students who trailer-in for a lesson and clinics.  12x12 with secure latches and independent water sources.  








DAILY TURNOUT PADDOCKS: Five spacious, shaded turnouts for hourly or daily relaxing.  Each has independent water sources and pipe and livestock mesh fencing. 


 TRAIL RIDING:  A trailhead is conveniently located at the farm driveway for riding away from it all.  Enter open space, BLM land for picturesque views of the Santa Fe and Rio Grande River Gorges, Jemez Mountains, Tetilla Peak Park, La Cienegilla Petroglyph Park.
